MOBS LVL added! All lvls of the mobs from China to Egypt added.

المديا دة عملة fix للاسماء بتاعت ال item D11 و الاسكيلات
و تاضر تعمل اب للسكيل اللى فى الاخر بدل ما كان 9 با ل 12
و تصليح العفرة بتاعت السرعة
و تغير شكل ال cape

هى مش مهما اوى بس لو انت سكيل لفل 100 علشان دة عملة fix للسكيل الى هى كانت مكس 9 تاضر تعملها اب ل 12
