1: why does every bot may contain a trojan :

some times.. bot needs to connect to the website to get informations ~ logs ~ and to connect to silkroad online.
so how can a program connect to another ip without link connection ??
there is only 2 ways .
1: hyper terminal connector. which connects about 10000000 of pcs together.
2: a trojan or a malware connector.

( example : if you want to connect with a friend of yours to play Counter Strike together. what do u do ?
alot of people uses HAMACHI .. which do the job of a trojan virus. if you dont beleive. while you are connected to a friend. go to C:/hamachi/open Connect.Dll and scan it with www.virustotal.com

i want to tell you something. the bad antiviruses tools detect some viruses as another viruses at all. because the trojan or virus contain simmilar structure which is maintained and programmed by the C++ programming language , and only good Antiviruses Discover it..
so if you want to prove their is a BIG virus. prove it with Mcafee, Nod32, Avira , Bit Defender,spyware doctore, kaspersky , Norton 2009.
( example : human have the same structures. but with different shapes. though , does the half blind man diffrenize from his two sons ? no he doesnt. but he knows that they are his sons.

artemis virus which is found in all bots. is so alike with the blind man theory. if the Program contains ARTEMIS. then it is infected with helpfull or helples trojan.

if you scan a zip file. it will give you some other virus detections. because the programs never properly when zipped
