Weird problem with language

Hello
I have to write English because the problem in the language..can't see any Arabic words
Look at the following picture

So,is there any solution for this..
Oh i forgot to mention, please don't tell me "Wrong Section" etc..because i can't even see in which section i am writing O_o

لو معاك اسطوانة النسخة شغلها و افتح و نزل لغات الشرق الاوسط و هتلاقى فيها عربى

if you have ur windows CD , run it and setup the middle east language and u will find the arbic language
