Fixing SMC_Independent Only 4 S4a :)
 

open ServiceManager.cfg
in
PHP Code:
SMC {
DivisionManager "127.0.0.1",15880
}
change 127.0.0.1 to ur IP
and port 15880 change it to 32000

and u can open SMC after open GlobalManager

and leave SSNumber2 empty
