Hello, this is Silkroad Online.

In order to ensure the optimal performance of our servers, we have deleted all characters that have been inactive for 2 years or more.

Below are the qualifications of characters that have been deleted.

- Inactive characters who are level 50 and below, have not logged into the game for the past 2 years, have not purchased silk since account creation, and who is not a guild master will be removed.

Notes:
- Character that has not logged into the game for the past 2 years is referred hereto as inactive. Website and Forum Log in will not be regarded.
- Only the characters that exhibit the complete qualifications mentioned above have been deleted.
- Standard point in time for the deletion of characters is based on the start of each extra server maintenance.
- Once the character is deleted, it cannot be restored and related data cannot be retrieved.
- Account IDs are not removed. Player can still use the ID of the inactive characters to log into any Joymax games.

,, بمجرد الحذف لا يمكن استعادة البيانات
,, يمكن للاعب استخدام الـ ID بعد الحذف
