Open your loader.ini file and change

commandline=0 /18 0 1 to commandline=0 /18 0 0
or
commandline=0 /18 0 0 to commandline=0 /18 0 1

If it still happens, try reseting your modem and/or router. A lot of users have had connection problems that were solved by doing this.
