WAIT BRO I THINK I KNOW NOW WHY BUFFS DON'T WORKS ........am plvling my char at lvl 101 Weneg and my char is in safe spot in alexandria town........when i go to the mobs spot he go and buff chars but if he come to safe spot he don't buffs xD
but why he don't buff in town xD,,,,???!!!!
