Open Mouse properties - Go to Pointer Option - Enable Visibility (Display Pointer Trails) and Put it to the shortest.
Now u should have the mouse for surfing or other things.
TO GET THE CURSOR IN GAME,
Press ESC - Video - Change it to borderless from fullscreen or windowed.
