when i open the game don't see the skills in skills Bar

If u added it succefully and ur sure and u open game and Don't see skills , then ur Sro_client isn't cap 120
change (ReqCommon_MasteryLevel1) to The level u want and make same in Client
i want you to know that skills are working 100%
