Go to:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc


There you should see some files. Open the one named "hosts" with notepad and enter


121.128.133.131 gwgt1.joymax.com

Just below 127.0.0.1 localhost



So the last two lines should now look like:

127.0.0.1 localhost
121.128.133.131 gwgt1.joymax.com



Save it by pressing CTRL + S. restart pc and Go play.


This has been posted numerous times on the official board by different people. It appears to be some problem with the launcher resolving your DNS or something. No matter what it is this "fix" will make it work for you again.
