You start with Level 110, 10M Skill Points and 100 000 Gift Silks!
After the creation of your Character you can buy your Gear/Accessories & Weapons in the NPC for 1 Gold. Those will be +7 FB with 100% Stats except Critical.
Your starter Gear will be like this:
Second Gear - Egypt B
The second gear or Egyptian B grade Set/Accs & Weapons can be Purchased in NPC for Arena Coins.
Those Items will be +10 FB, but the stats will be 0%, so you will have to fix the stats yourself, which is not a problem because the stones are for 1 Gold.

We added a Grinding place to our Server. You can find mobs there level 109, which will be dropping Arena Coins
You can Teleport there from Hotan to Alex North or simple use a Reverse.
Every mob there is dropping 2 Arena Coin 2 Stimulated Coin
