PLZ Help in Faild To connect C9

hi all i have my privet server and all thing work good and i make it with hamachi and all can join with me and play but, after i get static ip and i set website and all thing to static ip and my friends try to login game and write id and pw and image code get ( Faild to Connect C9 ) and i don't know what can i do to fix this problem plz any one can help me important

you should open ports for the server on ur routet to enable them from joining u
and the ports should be for :- gate way - download server - agent server

• افتح بورتات فى الروتر بتاعك عشان تشتغل من غير مشاكل
• اتفضل شرح كامل و وافى عشان تخلى السيرفر شغال من غير هماشى
