III. VIP System Improvement

- In Newcomer(New account), the period of VIP 1sr Grade is changed from 4 weeks to 1 week.
- Dormant users(Not log in for latest 90 days) have VIP 1sr Grade for 1 week.
- In the case of users who brought item from premium item mall for latest 1 year and not VIP member/Newcomer/Dormant user, they have VIP 1sr Grade for 1 week.
- VIP grade is renewal and applied with premium item mall buying result of previous day.
(Original monthly VIP renewal also is applied continuously 00:00 of 1st day of each month)
