SKILL names fixed! The real names added! Some changes

Pvp capes changed to Avatars! Looks better

Lv 98 heuksal flying dragon skill will be fixed later.

المديا دة عملة fix للاسماء بتاعت ال item D11 و الاسكيلات
و تاضر تعمل اب للسكيل اللى فى الاخر بدل ما كان 9 با ل 12
و تصليح العفرة بتاعت السرعة
و تغير شكل ال cape
